1960's Tonka Camper Destroyed in Palisades Wildfire Gets Restored

Hey everyone and welcome back to another restoration. It's been a long while since I've worked on a project! A fan reached out after finding their son's Tonka truck in the wreckage of their home in the Palisades wildfires and I knew I had to restore it. It was a challenge but overall a fun project. There's even some remnants of melted metal fused to the chassis underneath the truck, likely debris that was melted from the extreme heat of the fire. A special thanks to Gasoline Alley Toys who graciously donated all the reproduction parts for this restoration.
