We arrived in Tabasco, specifically Comalcalco, where we had an incredible experience at the Jesús María Cacao Farm! We toured the beautiful cacao farm and had the opportunity to make our own artisanal chocolate! A tour full of learning, seeing plants we'd never seen before: cacao, coffee, vanilla, and much more! They let us into the chocolate factory to see with our own eyes how they make it, how they grind it, how they remove the shell, and even how they transform it into chocolate!
