Learn and Practise Zen
Learn about the history, philosophy and practice of Zen. These sessions will begin with a dharma talk and finish with a 15min guided zazen meditation. We might examine a Zen koan, talk about a famous master or explore some of the Buddha's teachings and find out how to apply the wisdom of Zen to our lives here and now. Within the talk/discussion, there'll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions or share perspectives. You can donate in exchange for this teaching here https://buymeacoffee.com/westmoquette
