Who's tempted to try it? 😍👇 Ingredients for the brisket: 1 kg of brisket 1 medium onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 bay leaf 1 cup (tea) of soy sauce 1 dessert spoon of paprika 1 beef bouillon cube Salt and black pepper to taste Water as needed Ingredients for the caramel: 1 cup (tea) of sugar 1 tablespoon of vinegar 4 oranges (juice and zest) Ingredients for the farofa: 100g of cassava flour 1 onion 1 tablespoon of butter Parsley to taste Zest of 1 lemon Preparation method: Brisket: Place the brisket in a pressure cooker, add salt, garlic, onion, paprika, bouillon cube, bay leaf, soy sauce, cover with water and cook under pressure for 60 minutes.
