Emils' family came to visit us in Japan, and this video is part of our travel vlog series documenting the trip. In this video, we start our fifth day by driving through the mountains towards Takayama. We explore the historic Sanmachi District, known for its Edo-period buildings, try local sake, and enjoy a traditional lunch. Afterwards, we visit the Hida no Sato Open Air Museum, home to preserved farmhouses and traditional crafts.
