It washes away the stress; it soothes the troubled soul; it refreshens those who are spiritually tired, and it even cleans and heals our physical wounds. Here in Hawaii we say, "Mai ke kai mai ke ola" (From the ocean comes LIFE!). It is the place I always want to be. It calls me every day.
