Six Things Grief Has Taught Me
Grief has taught me a lot and to name just six has been difficult, but in this episode I talk about the things I have learnt though my grieving journey. I discuss how we discover things about us we never knew existed, where I have discovered true comfort and Joy, and how there is opportunity for wonderful things even in our darkest days. There may be things I say that you just can't see yet, and that's ok, some of these learnings have taken years to see. If you're not there yet, that's ok, you're not doing it wrong, this is just a reflection on a few of the things that I have learnt though my own personal journey with grief.
