Gota Premix (गोटा प्रीमिक्स) Premix Ingredients (प्रीमिक्स सामग्री): 250 gm Besan (बेसन) 50 gm Rawa (रवा) 75 gm Sugar (चीनी) 13 gm Salt (नमक) 8 gm Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 packet eno (खाने का सोडा) 7 gm Coriander Seeds – roasted & coarse (धनिया के बीज) 2 gm Saunf – roasted & coarse (सौंफ) 3 gm Black Peppercorn – roasted & coarse (काली मिर्च) 35 gm Oil – hot, for moyan (तेल) ⅛ tsp Citric Acid (साइट्रिक एसिड) For Gota (गोटा बनाने के लिए): ½ cup Chopped Methi (कटी हुई मेथी) 2 cups Gota Premix (गोटा प्रीमिक्स) 1 cup Water or as required (पानी) Oil for frying (तलने के लिए तेल) For Serving (सर्व करने के लिए): Hot Gota (गर्म गोटा) Whisked Dahi (फेंटा हुआ दही) Fried Green Chilli (तली हुई हरी मिर्च) Green Chutney (हरी चटनी) 🌿 2. Green Chutney Premix (हरी चटनी प्रीमिक्स) Premix Ingredients (प्रीमिक्स सामग्री): 100 gm Coriander (धनिया) 25 gm Mint (पुदीना) 7–8 Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता) 4–5 Garlic Cloves (लहसुन) 1 inch Ginger (अदरक) 6 Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) 1 cup Dalia Dal – roasted (दलिया दाल) 1 tsp Roasted Pepper (काली मिर्च) 1 tsp Amchur Powder (आमचूर पाउडर) 1 tsp Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) 1 tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) ½ tsp Salt (नमक) ½ tsp Black Salt (काला नमक) ⅛ tsp Citric Acid (साइट्रिक एसिड) For Chutney (चटनी बनाने के लिए): 5 tbsp Premix (प्रीमिक्स) 1 cup Water (पानी) 🍚 3. Pulao Premix (पुलाव प्रीमिक्स) Premix Ingredients (प्रीमिक्स सामग्री): 2 tbsp Oil (तेल) 1 tbsp Ghee (घी) 1 Bay Leaf (तेजपत्ता) 5 Peppercorns (काली मिर्च) 2 Cloves (लौंग) Small piece Cinnamon (दालचीनी) 2 Cardamom (इलायची) ¼ cup Chopped Coriander (कटा हुआ धनिया) 1.5 tsp Salt (नमक) 3 tbsp Green Chilli – chopped (कटी हरी मिर्च) 3 tbsp Ginger – chopped (कटा अदरक) 3 cups Basmati Rice – washed & dried (बासमती चावल) ½ tsp Garlic Paste (लहसुन का पेस्ट) ½ tsp Sugar (चीनी) For Pulao (पुलाव बनाने के लिए): 1 cup Premix (प्रीमिक्स) 3 cups Water (पानी) ¼ cup Green Peas (हरी मटर) ¼ cup Carrot – small cubes (गाजर) 🍨 4.
