I have been looking for a suitable polishing machine for a long time because I always have to polish when restoring. Unfortunately, the compatibility of newer models is somewhat limited and older ones are extremely rare. Since I'm The Restoration Guy anyway, I decided to restore an older bench grinder and then modify it for my purposes. In case someone is wondering why I have reduced the bench grinder from 380V to 230V, the connections in my workshop are very limited, for this reason it was easier to change the bench grinder as to lay new cables.
