To allow busy merchants to eat quickly, there was a ramen delivery culture. The originator is said to be "Seishoken," founded in 1957 (Showa 32). After the war, they used inexpensive chicken, and their ramen features a dark soy sauce-based chicken broth with chicken chashu and chicken skin. The noodles are medium-thin, curly, and low-hydration noodles that maintain their flavor well during delivery. Currently, their delivery service seems to have been scaled back. This time, I went to eat at Seishinken, a branch of the famous Seishoken ramen shop.
