Redbreast Irish Whiskies (12, 12 Cask Strength, 15 & 21 year) Reviewed

For St. Patrick's Day 2016, I sit down to review the full lineup of Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskies. I start with the standard 80 proof 12 year, then the 115 proof "Cask Strength" version of the 12 year, followed by the 92 proof 15 year and finally the 92 proof 21 year bottling. Sláinte! As of 03-17-2016, my current bottle count stands at over 2,200 bottles. I am a Certified Specialist of Spirits and have also been certified by the Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT). I've been actively collecting for the last two decades and what started as a small basic home bar has transformed (with the help and understanding of my wonderful wife) into what I think is a pretty nice collection.
