Modern Contemporary floor work dance class by Lorenzo Koppenaal. Wrapping and unwrapping was the theme of this class, moving in circular pathways/ streamlines with twists and curves. Developing stamina, flow and softness in and out of the floor. Every exercise is connected to the Laban movement analysis approach, such as head-tail connection, upper-lower connectivity and cross-lateral movements.
