M4A3 Sherman Restoration (Suspension Unit Assembly)

This restoration is being done by the Museum of the American G.I. in College Station, Texas. In this video, we show the simple step by step assembly of a Vertical Volute suspension unit that we disassembled in an earlier video. This M4A3 Sherman is one of two restorations currently going on at the living history museum. We are also in the process of restoring an M4A1. The Museum of the American G.I. is a living history museum dedicated mainly to WW2 era equipment and weapons.
