XOXO, CL —————— ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER HANDLING FOOD. —————— ---------------- Timestamps 00:05 potato-egg filling making 03:10 egg-milk mixture 04:20 assembly 05:45 deep frying 06:44 cutting the sandwich into triangles ---------------- Ingredients: Potato-egg filling 3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed 2 eggs L, mashed 1C mixed veggies (carrots, corn, green peas) 1 medium onion, minced 1 small can Vienna sausage 2 tsp sesame seeds (black and white) 1/4C mayonnaise 1/2 tsp salt (to taste) 1/2 tsp white pepper (to taste) 1 1/2 T pickle relish 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. 2 eggs L 1C milk 3/4 C all-purpose flour 1/2C cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt panko bread crumbs oil for deep frying (canola oil) 18 white bread slices 1. Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth and with no lumps. 2. Get a handful of the filling and place it on top of the bread loaf. Put another loaf of bread on top and press gently. 3. Dip the sandwich into the egg-milk mixture. (Do not soak) 4. Coat with panko bread crumbs 5. Deep fry at 370-375F for 3 minutes. (Fry each side for 1 minute and 30 seconds). 6. Drain excess oil. 7. Enjoy!
