Crispy Chicken Spring Roll 🔥 | Restaurant Style Ingredients: – Chicken thigh boneless – 500 gm – Garlic (chopped) – 3 tbsp – Ginger (chopped) – 2 tbsp – Green chilli (chopped) – 2 tbsp – Onion Chop - ½ cup – vinegar - 1 tsp – 3 Color Capsicum – ½ cup – Spring onion – for garnish – Soy sauce – 2 tbsp – Green Chilli sauce – 2 tbsp – Tomato ketchup – 4 tbsp – Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp – Aromat – 1 tbsp – Salt – to taste – White pepper – 1 tbsp – Spring roll sheets – as required – Maida batter – for sealing – Cornflour – little (to avoid sticking) – Oil – for frying Method: 1. Chicken thigh ko small pieces me cut karein. 2. Wok me oil garam karke garlic, ginger aur chilli sauté karein. 3. Capsicum ,onion aur chicken add karke high flame par toss karein. 4. Aromat, salt aur white pepper add karein. 5. Saare sauces aur spring onion daal kar achhe se toss karein. 6. Maida batter prepare karein. 7. Spring roll sheets ko wet cloth par rakhein. 8.
