An Introduction to the Clubhouse Renaissance with Guest Expert Bradford C Walker

What if most of the problems with tabletop role-playing games related to where people sat and how they were organized as people? What if we could resolve scheduling, cultural, social, system, "DM burnout", player disinterest, continuity and duration of campaigns and accessibility all at once? An on top of all of that, it's far more fun, interesting and easier to do! In this discussion video I discuss an approach to tabletop gaming not seen since the 1960's which might be the solution to the majority of problems in the hobby with guest expert Bradford C. Walker of Walker's Lakeside Clubhouse and the Tower AD&D Clubhouse. Mythic Mountains Folk tabletop club is a private, online and international play club where we play games together weekly. We focus on folk tabletop games. Folk RPGs are pencil and paper tabletop games that require imagination and friendship, not brands, mega corporations and ideologies. No one here is "under-monetized." We have raised the black flag and now the table is back in charge of tabletop gaming.
