Raúl Tirado, accused of kidnapping, was declared innocent in November 2025 but remains imprisoned after five years and six months. This year, his hearing for the third case has been postponed for months due to excuses from the public prosecutor's office. The hearing was scheduled for June 29th of this year, but the night before, the family was informed via email that the trial was postponed until January 2027 due to a medical leave requested by the judge.
