Nikola Tesla viewed the human body as a complex "energy machine" whose efficiency needed to be maximized. Throughout his life, he ate very differently from his time and had a rather radical nutritional protocol that we could call "biohacking" today. He constantly experimented with nutrition on his own body, observed the effects of what he ate, and created his own unique diet. Over the years, he created his own lists of both "miracle foods" and "forbidden/harmful foods" and followed these rules. His aim in doing these things was to live a long life and get maximum performance from his body. In this video, I replicated Nikola Tesla's interesting eating habits and diet. Nikola Tesla had two meal principles. It was truly astonishing that he considered lunch a "waste of energy" and eliminated it from his life, practicing what we now call Intermittent Fasting (IF). Every day he drank liters of a "pure energy" drink consisting of warm milk and plenty of honey, and he had an obsession with calculating the volume (cubic content) of every bite on his plate before starting to eat. He considered coffee, tea, meat, and legumes, which are consumed by almost everyone today, as harmful to the body and forbade them, but at the same time he considered potatoes a source of healing. As you can see, he had many obsessions, different beliefs, and definitely an unusual diet. In the video, we analyzed in detail how Tesla kept his mind sharp with these methods, in which areas he was right according to modern science, and where he made major mistakes. It was a scientific and equally bizarre day where I tried out this challenging routine of the master of electricity.
