Nanawo Akari - FLYING/フライング (English Translation Attempt!)

From Flying Best 2, we've got FLYING! How...apt! The album is one half a "BEST OF", but part of it is packed with newbies that the nanatics can come to hum, too! This also has a music video where one of the characters has a bloody HOT PINK 3DS! (The same one that I own!) So that was a funny little moment^^ I could probably reenact the mv if I really wanted:D I just need to become cute, and get a guitar! The weather is right for the action! Er...Let's talk about the song^^ Going by the official video, this song, and what it talks about feels very much like someone who's...stuck. Stuck in the dark, where things are dull, things are grey, things just aren't very hopeful. And yet, by taking steps, even teeny ones, you can fly, just like they did. You can fly into a better world where the real you begins to take shape. It's still flawed, it's still misshapen, but it's you. Just like everyone else, and that's a-ok~! Feels inspiring, despite the simple message:3 Right:D? Real life isn't too much a tricky thing as long as you can get the basics down, and I think most folks are just trying to get by, no?
