Steam on the Upwey Bank

The normal running of Dorset Coast Express saw the traditional banking upwey bank on the DCE. The locos was running was the A4 no.4464 Bittern and Battle of Britain class no.34067 Tangmere. It first started off with both locos started at Weymouth on time and stopped outside Upwey station then seen storming up the famous 1in50 climb. However the tour followed cancelled at Dorchester south station due to 4464 Bittern failed with Driver side injectors but 34067 brought the train back to Weymouth surely 34067 could of gone up to southampton then go up via Laverstock and Andover, 34067 has bet upwey bank on its own before! Then we went home in an hot stuffly First Great Western class 150/158. First the train was packed with people then we waited at Maidon Newton for another service to pass was waiting about 30mins for that one come up to 50mins late running. Surely First Great Western should of told us about the problem but no. To end this day with the problem going home!
