Soft Banana Chocolate Muffins That Melt in Your Mouth!

Soft & Healthy Banana Bread Muffins with Chocolate! Ingredients • 3 ripe bananas • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup sugar • 1/4 cup melted butter • 1 tbsp flax seeds • 1 tbsp chia seeds • 1 tsp baking soda • 2 tsp vinegar • 2 cups flour (sifted • 2 oz chocolate (chunks or chips) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175C). Prepare muffin molds or line with paper cups 2. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar on high speed until light and fluffy 3. Add bananas, mash with a fork, leaving small chunks for texture 4. Mix in: • flax seeds • chia seeds 5. Add baking soda, then pour vinegar over it (this activates it) Mix gently. 6. Pour in melted butter and stir everything together with a spatula 7. Gradually add sifted flour, mixing gently unti combined (do not overmix) 8. Using an ice cream scoop, fill muffin molds evenly. 9.
