It’s time for Ashlea’s Week 3 weigh-in on her journey to lose over 140 pounds. Ashlea started her journey at 286 lbs and made great progress early, dropping down to 279 lbs. After falling off the plan and regaining some weight, she made the decision to get back on track. This week, she weighed in at 281-282 lbs and is moving in the right direction again.
