Today we’re taking you to Oreno Kappo Robata in Shinjuku, Tokyo, for a night of charcoal-grilled seafood, vegetables, venison, Tokyo wagyu, and premium sake. Robatayaki is a traditional Japanese style of grilling where ingredients are cooked over charcoal and served hot from the grill.
