DPS Department of Gifted and Talented changes GT test as new magnets are planned for 2026
The DPS Department of Gifted and Talented changed its universal screening test for the 2025-2026 school year with the goal of providing more equitable testing and identifying a more diverse group of students. GT magnet eligible students will soon have new opportunities with 4 new magnet programs coming in 2026.
