Meet a Pro: Evelyn Smittenaar, Physical Therapist Assistant

Meet-a-Pro is a collaboration between the Montgomery County Career Advising Program and Magruder High School to host discussions with professionals in different fields, bringing information about career options to high school students. Ms. Smittenaar works as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. This is a job that requires successful completion of an accredited Associate's degree program, followed by passing a nationally-administered licensing exam.
