Have a driver's license for your motorcycle and voluntary insurance. Do not disclose any member's privacy information without permission. Any accidents or damages that occur during club activities, including touring, are the sole responsibility of the member, and the club will not be held responsible under any circumstances. Do not engage in behavior that disrupts club discipline. Do not associate with anti-social forces or any other groups considered equivalent. Touring Rules and Etiquette 1) Staggered Ride Staggered riding is a riding style in which you ride diagonally behind the motorcycle in front. This staggered formation is commonly used on highways and regular roads. Staggered riding can be dangerous on mountain roads. If you don't have enough room to lean into a curve, you may drift off course or miss a turn. On mountain roads, ride in a single file with ample following distance. ☆ Maintain a regular following distance (when traveling at a constant speed) Don't get too close or too far ahead. (The safe distance is considered to be approximately two seconds between all vehicles. Count 1, 2, 3 after the vehicle in front has passed to reach two seconds.) Don't get too far behind. Leaving too much distance between your vehicle and your vehicle will allow other vehicles to cut in and cause you to fall behind. It can also make you feel impatient and put the lead vehicle under pressure. If you're not confident, please decline. 2) In the unlikely event of an accident Unfortunately, accidents are your own responsibility. Please be sure to have voluntary insurance. This is a necessary expense for motorcyclists. 3) Emergency Card (Rider Safety Card) Since we call each other by our handle names, please be sure to bring your emergency card with you to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency.
