Mossberg Model B | Fixing the Firing Issue

I thought the missing extractor was the only real problem this rifle had, I was wrong. After making a new extractor for this 93 year old, single shot, bolt action rifle, I discovered that it wouldn't set a round off reliably. Thinking there could be decades of powder residue built up behind the firing pin, I proceeded to completely disassemble and thoroughly clean the bolt internals. That didn't fix the issue! It seems the problem was excessive wear caused by repeatedly opening and closing the bolt over the last 9 decades. Follow along as I attempt to figure it out, and eventually fix this antique rifle.
