Mossberg Model B
Next up is the Mossberg Model B bolt action single shot .22 rifle produced during the early days of the Mossberg rimfire explosion, 1928 to 1932. This example, one of the early versions of this model, was made in 1928 or 1929 just as the depression was gripping the world and might very well have been used to put some food on the table. These Mossbergs can be a collectors dream....they are cheap, abundant, and still have what it takes to go to the range and show off how well they shoot. Come along as we explore some history, examine the design and progression of models that got us here, and even what is not so great about this model. Once again, if you remember, YouTube recently took down a video we posted a while back and slapped me with disciplinary action for, get this, "POSTING INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CONSTRUCT A FIREARM" for showing patent paperwork diagrams of a 100 year old shotgun. Since a second infraction of the same type means I will not be able to post videos and can lead to eventual channel termination, although I want to fight this it is a battle I would fight without a YouTube channel if I decided to be defiant so agreeing and conforming to this stupidity is the only option that will allow us to keep doing this together. Sorry, no more patents can be SHOWN but I do list the numbers of all the patents I speak about during the video and I encourage you to pause the video, print them out with, ironically enough, Google Patents and follow along with your own copies. I loved exploring the patent details and thought that was a unique educational aspect to this channel......don't want to change but have no choice. Thanks for tuning in! Look, I don't ask for your money, use your money to buy guns! What I ask for is free, takes a second, and keeps this channel up and running. First, LIKE the video with a thumbs up, and second, SUBSCRIBE and hit notifications to keep us alive and recommended in the YouTube algorithm. Don't be shy, comment with your thoughts if you like! That's it! Would love to keep this channel going for as long as possible to bring you along on my ride of collecting interesting firearms! Much appreciated!
