Here why, the selector moves to far over 3rd gear and lets the keys pop out and prevent the selector from moving. Broken parts are the selector fork as it has to be forced out which brakes the roll pin. You can't get certain replacement parts such as selector keys and selector fork arms so not much else to do bar replace the entire box or get another box and use that for parts.
