【盤骨底肌肉運動】 某些會影響骨盆底肌肉範圍的癌症手術會導致盆骨底變弱,例如男性前列腺癌治療及女性婦科癌症等,導致盆骨底肌肉鬆弛,引發起一些普遍徵狀如小便滲漏、性交疼痛以致影響性生活等。 盆底肌鍛煉可以增強膀胱、臀部、陰道或陰莖周圍的肌肉,幫助減低小便滲漏的問題 ,防止或改善因盆骨底肌肉鬆弛引致的膀胱、子宮或腸下垂問題及改善性生活。 以下短片會教導盆底肌肉的位置,以及如何自我鍛鍊以提昇盆骨底肌肉的運動! 【Pelvic Floor Exercises】 Some forms of cancer surgeries, such as prostate cancer treatment in males and gynecological cancers in females would affect pelvic floor muscles and thus cause a weakened pelvic floor. This would lead to some common symptoms of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction such as leaking urine, pain with sex and even affect sex life. Pelvic floor exercises strengthen the muscles around your bladder, bottom, and vagina or penis, which improve urinary incontinence, treat pelvic organ prolapse, and make sex better too. The video introduces our pelvic floor muscles.
