Join me for a run on the "Stairway to Heaven" trail section of the Appalachian Trail in Vernon, New Jersey. We will start on a boardwalk across a marsh (1:20), cross a wooden bridge (7:00) cut through the woods (9:30), cross train tracks (28:45), run through a cow pasture (29:13), up a steep climb (35:00) and end with a beautiful view (39:00).
