We will start at Flagstaff Lake and hike northbound to Pleasant Pond, stealth camping along the way. In this unique section of the Appalachian Trail, we will cross the Kennebec River via the official AT "ferry"/canoe. At the end of the trip, we arrive at our vehicle to find it with a dead battery, no cell service and out of water. We survived to tell the tale but things definitely got interesting.
