Using a mixer, whip the cream until soft to medium peaks form and refrigerate. 2. Combine milk, glucose, and salt. Stir well. Add lemon powder, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and green coloring. Stir well. Set aside. 3. Using a mixer, beat the eggs and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Pour the milk mixture into the egg mixture in a stream. While still running the machine, turn the mixer to medium speed until the ingredients are well combined. 4. Gently fold in 1/3 of the cream until well combined. Then, add the remaining cream and gently fold again to combine. 5. Freeze the mixture until it is completely set, 6-8 hours.
