Possibly better known, is the version on the 1983 tape 'Minus Ten and Counting', sung by Doug Olsen: https://archive.org/details/filk_minu... There is a far rockier version by Kristoph Klover, released in 2004:    • Fire in the Sky   Note, Jordin wrote the original in 1983 (before the Challenger disaster in 1986), however the updated lyrics in 1991 include the challenger verse, so I assume he also wrote it?
