XXL Pink Snapper Off the Rocks – Wild South Coast Catch & Cook

An XXL Pink Snapper off the Rocks… on one of Australia’s wildest coastlines. What started as a quick mission turned into a full‑blown battle against swell, wind, and raw Southern Ocean power. One of the Biggest Pinkies I’ve ever landed from the stones. After the ocean turned too rough to keep fishing, I climbed back up the cliffs and cooked the Snapper right there — crumbed, deep‑fried, wrapped in a tortilla with salad and mayo, overlooking the wild coastline. Simple & perfect. This is Western Australia’s South Coast at its most unforgiving… and its most rewarding. Thanks for being here legends — enjoy the Adventure. LIKE, COMMENT & SUBSCRIBE.
