Gambas marinées au four

Discover in this video how to cook prawns in the oven without drying them out! Ingredients for 2 people 1 500g can of frozen wild prawns (8 or 9 pieces) For the marinade: 4 crushed garlic cloves 2 tbsp pastis 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Espelette pepper 1 tsp salt Preparation: 1/ Pour all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix everything together. 2/ Once the prawns are thawed, using sharp scissors, cut the back of the carcass from head to tail, removing the intestines if necessary. 3/ Place the prawns in an ovenproof dish and add two tablespoons of marinade to each prawn, without opening the carcass too much so that it can close. 4/ Bake the marinated prawns for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F). 5/ Remove the prawns from the oven and enjoy immediately. You can prepare your prawns in advance and let them marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
