Wii FIt Plus Strength Training Part 12: Pushup Challenge
Part 12 of our Wii Fit Plus Strength Training Challenge finds us moving on from the exercises into taking on our trainer for the Guru Title and 7-Star Ranking! We begin with the Pushup Challenge. You can't move backwards, so I had to start where I left off...however, you move forward 10 reps at a time until you go for the final challenge...the trainer now doubles their skill set and can do 100 reps! Yeah, you read right...100 Pushups. This is actually pretty difficult. I would reccommend you work your way up and don't be afraid to go down on your knees as needed.
