Wii Fit Plus Strength Training Part 13: Jacknife Challenge
Part 13 of our Wii Fit Plus Strength Training Playthrough sees us take on the Jacknife Challenge. This one really isn't too bad provided you can handle the 30 reps in the routine exercises. Just like the Pushup Challenge, for the final round the trainer jumps from 50 reps to 100 reps. It is time consuming, but not too bad.
