Today we are taking the modern local KAI train from Yogyakarta back to Jakarta, Indonesia🇮🇩 The ticket for the 7 hour journey back to Jakarta were 21 Euro per person or roughly 340.000 IDR. The price value especially on the modern class trains here in Indonesia is really great, the train ride was super smooth with a nice modern and clean interior. The train infrastructure on Java Island definitely makes travelling in Indonesia quite easy and convenient. We enjoyed our ride to Jakarta, seeing the beautiful Indonesian Countryside on this scenic route through the Indonesian countryside. We got a train lunch box, and the 7 hour journey went by so quickly. We arrived in the outskirts of Jakarta and took the commuter line to get back to the city centre here in Jakarta. We boarded off at Surdiman Station in downtown Jakarta, and were surprised by rain again. But no worries we went to our favorite Mall here in Indonesia the grand Indonesia Mall in Jakarta and went for an authentic Indonesian Dinner. After our dinner we headed to our hotel were we have an incredible price value with amenities like a rooftop pool, whirlpool, Gym and even a Sauna. What a travel day here in Indonesia!
