Today the track season officially begins with the Yamaha R6, and we're heading to none other than the Circuit de Montmeló for some laps with the PhantomR organizers. After a week of rain, track day couldn't be any different… rain. 🌧️ The problem: I didn't have rain tires. Luckily, the organizer lent me some rain slicks, or "hairy" tires, so I could experience riding on a track in the rain for the first time. Tire change, nerves through the roof… and straight to the track.
