Welcome to the FeelTheBurn Challenge! For 15 consecutive days, I'll be joining you in 20- to 30-minute Pilates classes designed to activate your body, strengthen it, and improve your mind-body connection. Each day, we'll work on a different area of your body with a comprehensive, dynamic, and effective class that you can do from home, without the need for much equipment.
