From Hairdryer Diffuser to Hover Boat

What do you get when you combine an old hairdryer diffuser, a plastic jar, a washing detergent lid and a pile of scrap? In this month's Bill Making Stuff Patreon Challenge, I turned everyday household rubbish into a sci-fi hover boat built to skim across the deadly lava fields of Tapu. This scratch build is part of Bill's original world, where the Big Red Mining Company ventures beyond the edge of the map in search of priceless Old Tec buried beneath rivers of molten rock. But something ancient lurks beneath the lava... Every build I make is created from recycled materials and comes with its own story, this time bringing the world of Tapu to life. If you enjoy scratch building, miniature painting, kitbashing, terrain making, or seeing rubbish transformed into something epic, I'd love to have you along for the journey. 👍 Like the video if you enjoyed it. 💬 What do you think the Furnaceback really is? 🔔 Subscribe for more scratch builds and adventures. If you'd like to support future builds, I've added an Amazon Wishlist below. There's absolutely no expectation—just watching the videos means a lot! https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/...
