Amazon Stick Vacuum vs Water and Loose Hardware

In this video I put the second cheap off-brand Amazon stick vacuum through a durability test. This one started with the water test, but the vacuum kept tripping its internal safeties and shutting itself off. I did get it to suck up some water, but it clearly was not happy about it. After that, I took it to the workbench and started feeding it loose hardware. That finally did it in. I believe the hardware got lodged in the fan and made it imbalanced, which caused the vacuum to keep shutting itself down. Eventually the electrical side gave up completely and it would not turn back on. These cheap stick vacs are pure junk. Fine for light hard floor dust, but once you push them even a little, they fall apart fast. Entertainment only. Do not attempt.
