Hoover Twin Chamber UH40145B Bagless Vacuum Service Cord, Belt and Filters

In this video I service a Hoover Twin Chamber bagless vacuum, model UH40145B. This one got a replacement cord, a new belt, brush roll removal and inspection, and a full filter cleaning. I cleaned the main filter, the intake filter, and the exhaust filter to get the airflow back where it should be. These Hoover Twin Chamber machines are from an awkward era of bagless vacuum design. Hoover was trying to compete in the bagless market during the Dyson patent-dispute era, and the result was some very strange designs. This one is not my favorite Hoover by any means, but it still got serviced and tested. Work performed: • Cord replacement • Belt replacement • Brush roll removal and inspection • Main filter cleaning • Intake filter cleaning • Exhaust filter cleaning • Final test/demo Where garbage becomes entertainment. #hoover #vacuumrepair #vacuumcleaner #hanksgarage DISCLAIMER: Due to factors beyond the control of Hank’s Garage, all information, demonstrations, repairs, tests, experiments, modifications, and opinions presented in this video are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
