Children with hearing impairments develop along a unique path. Their ability to understand the world is limited, which negatively impacts their intellectual development and social adaptation. In our country, people with hearing impairments first received attention in the 18th century. However, for many years, many deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-mute individuals were unable to fully realize their potential in society. Today, hearing impairments in children are being actively studied, and new diagnostic and hearing correction methods are emerging. But the basic rules remain unchanged: the earlier a specialist begins working with a child with hearing impairments, the more effective the process of speech and intellectual development, as well as adaptation, will be. This course is primarily individual-oriented. Its main goal is to meet the interests and needs of the individual in life and professional self-determination, self-actualization, self-improvement, and career advancement. Studying this course will help you meet these needs, expand your personal capabilities, and enhance your professional competencies. The course is offered remotely (in absentia), so anyone with access to a computer and internet connection can enroll and complete it.
