My method analyzes six dimensions, and one of them almost nobody talks about: the micro-location, that is, the neighbors. And that's where things went wrong. I noticed that one neighbor has several cars parked on the street, and another house has a neglected garden, without any care. This directly affects the value of the property and your experience of living there. This is what I'm going to show you in this video: I started out excited and ended up much more cautious.
