Barra fishing is like a drug!! Driving past Monduran Dam for work had me leaving early to get my fix of impoundment Barra fish once again. A gave myself a very short window to fish as I have growing confidence in getting a good Barra on the end of my line at the best time of the day with the right conditions. I fished from around 4pm till 8:30am the next day and still got 5 hours or so sleep in the swag. Using big plastics and small jerk-baits, I put a good tally fish together and ticked off another magic meter Barra again. When the dam fishing so consistently, it's hard not to be constantly planing the next trip. In this video, I go through gear and techniques on targeting these super addictive fish.
