This Sprint Was Insane | Hyde Park Blast Cat 4/5

The Hyde Park Blast was on another level. This was my first time racing it, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best-run crits I’ve been to, live commentary, wild crowd energy, and a super fast course. Racing in the Cat 4/5 field, I made the front group when the pack split and held on for an absolutely chaotic sprint to the finish. I ended up placing 12th, which wasn’t quite where I wanted to be, but making that front split and battling it out in the final made it one of my most intense races yet.
