This 17 minute heart opening yoga flow focuses on the chest, shoulders, and spine to help release tension, improve posture, and create space in the body. This beginner-friendly practice is designed to support both physical and emotional release, without forcing any movement. In yoga philosophy, the heart space (often associated with the heart chakra) is believed to hold not only physical tension, but also emotional experiences and memories—while also being the center of our ability to love, connect, and receive. My intention with this practice is to gently guide you back into this space, helping you reconnect with this part of your body in a way that feels safe and supportive. We’ll move slowly through each posture, allowing the front of the body to soften and open while the back body supports you. This practice is an invitation to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the space within your heart—at your own pace.
