What's Always here? Turn Attention Inwards - Nondual Pointing.

Discover what remains when we disengage the mind. This guided pointing helps you turn your attention inwards to recognize your unchanging true nature. In this exploration, we look directly at what is always here beneath changing thoughts, emotions, sensations, and circumstances. Rather than trying to understand through concepts, this invitation is to rest in direct experience and gently turn attention toward what is aware of the ever-changing. Is awareness confined to the body? Can a boundary actually be found? What remains when thoughts, feelings, and experiences come and go? This is not a meditation to achieve a particular state, but an invitation to notice what may already be present and unchanged. The invitation is not to believe anything that is said, but to look for yourself. If you feel like it would be helpful to have a 1-1 where we can gently explore together what is appearing and feel into your fundamental nature that doesn't change and is always here.
